Shipping and Packaging:

We ship WORLDWIDE.

We have 2 different locations. If you do not receive your full order in the first shipment you received, do not worry. That means you will be receiving another shipment from our other location to complete your order.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours via registered airmail and can take anywhere from 8 to 20 business days from shipping date to arrive (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping timeline is also stated in all of our listings).
Items are packaged securely in bubble envelope with extra bubble and/or thick tissue wrap.

Please do not refer to the shipping time PayPal shipping labels gives, it is not accurate. It does not factor in our processing time (to package and ship out your order). We ship within 48 business hours from your payment date. Please refer to all info stated here stated on our website. Orders will be shipped to the address shown on your paypal profile. If you would like to have your item shipped to a different address, please contact us via email.

Also please keep in mind that packages may be delayed going through customs inspections.
Once your package is sent to the post office/postal services, from there on it is out of our control.
We are not responsible for uninsured lost/damaged packages during shipment. It is very rare that a package gets lost during transit.

Return and Exchange Policy:

All products purchased through us are final sale; non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Unless under these circumstances: defective lens in unopened vial: torn/broken (manufacture defect) or wrong product received. If this is the case, please send the defective lens in its unopened vial back to us for an exchange within 7 days upon receiving. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Upon receiving, item must show no signs of wear (vials must be sealed and unopened) otherwise your request for exchange will be voided/refused.
We are not held responsible for accidental damages or product wear caused by customer.
