Lens Care

Precautions and Caring for your lenses:

You are responsible to get your eyes examined and obtain correct prescription from your eye care professional. We are not responsible/liable for any damages done to your eyes/vision due to misuse and improper care of lenses purchased through us. We have provided detailed instructions and precautions for care and proper use of lenses to avoid any misunderstandings.

-ALWAYS wash your hands clean before handling your contact lens. Any dirt, debris or harmful substances in your eyes can cause serious irritation and even blindness! This goes for all types of contact lenses, including western lenses, not just circle lens.

-After opening your lens out of its packaging, please remember to soak your lenses in solution for at least 8 hrs before wearing (to avoid any discomfort). We suggest soaking lens overnight, 8 to 24 hours. The longer they are soaked in fresh contact lens solution (24 hours) the more comfortable they will be when worn. The liquid it comes with is not contact lens solution.

-Put contact lenses on before using hair spray and before applying make-up. Remove contact lenses before removing make-up.

-After wear, always clean your lenses with solution, rub outwards gently for about 20 seconds on both surfaces and store them back into your contact lens case in fresh, clean solution. Cleaning them daily will also prolong your circle lenses’ life. For more details, please consult your care practitioners

-Cosmetic contact lenses are as safe as any other type of lens, as long as you take care of your eyes/lenses correctly and follow the precautions.

-Keep short finger nails to prevent damaging your lenses.

-Do not wear your contact lenses if you experience any eye irritation and pain or if your vision is blurred. Seek professional help immediately. Eyes infections and lens allergies can bring problems to to your eyes. Please check with your eye doctor to make sure your eyes are healthy enough to wear lenses.

-Do not wear contact lenses while swimming or sleeping.

-If experiencing blurry vision, it may be caused by dryness (#1 problem) use re-wetting drops, blink.

-Please be sure to consult with your doctor for your correct base curve/prescription level.

-It is not recommended to wear circle contact lenses for more than 6 hours at a time.

-All lenses we carry are 1 year disposables and can last up to 1 year after opening and with proper care. We recommend disposing lenses within 6-10 months after opening.
